3. Kinh nghiệm : min năm năm vị trí EHS trong môi trường sản xuất của Nước ngoài
4. Kiến thức về:
- Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính cá nhân (Microsoft Word, Excel và Power Point)
- Các quy định của chính phủ Trung Quốc về yêu cầu sức khỏe và an toàn lao động.
- Sơ cứu và CPR
5. Kỹ năng 
- Kiến thức về việc áp dụng các quy định về sức khỏe và an toàn của chính phủ
- Kỹ năng giám sát hiệu quả
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình xuất sắc
- Thể hiện khả năng quản lý nhiều ưu tiên
- Có khả năng giao tiếp hiệu quả với mọi người ở mọi cấp độ trong công ty

Mô tả công việc

1.     Maintains regulatory compliance with governmental regulations onhealth and safety.

2.     Conforms the standards set by applicable regulations.

3.     Conducts routine inspections of facilities for compliance withcompany and government regulations.

4.     Prepares reports for submission to supervisors and management,which identify the potential hazard(s) and or department discrepancies found,and provides recommendations for control and compliance.

5.     Advises employees, supervisors, and management on safe workpractices and potential hazards.

6.     Leads and assists plant personnel with safety and health issues.

7.     Investigates and resolves employee health/safety issues.

8.     Implements effective training to assist line and staff management in understanding safety regulations and procedures

9.     Ensures proper inspection and maintenance of fire protection equipment and emergency response activities.

10.  Represents company during property protection inspections by insurance carrier andresponsible for addressing deficiencies noted.

11.  Conducts accident investigations

12.  Participatein meeting, workshops, and conferences to keep abreast of emerging safety,health, and environmental issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

1.   Education

-         Required: Four Year Degree in Health and Safety or related appliedscience field

-         Preferred: Masters Degree in Safetyand Health or applied sciencefield

2.    Experience

-         3 - 5 years Health and Safety or relatedfield

3.   Knowledge of:

-         Proficient in the operation of personal computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)

-         Chinese governmental regulations on health and work safetyrequirements.

-         First aid and CPR

4.    Skills and Abilities

-         Knowledge in the application of government health and safetyregulations

-         Effective supervisory skills

-         Good PC Softwareskills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-         Excellent presentation skills

-         Demonstrated ability to manage multiplepriorities

-         Ability to communicate effectively with peopleat all levels of the company

-         Demonstrated organizational skills

-         Available to work a variableschedule

- MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

1.    Mental Effort:

-      Must be able to make decisions that impactemployee safety and health as well as production

-      Must be able to manage multipleresponsibilities

-      Must be able to communicate effectively bothorally and in writing

2.    Physical Requirements:

-         Sitting for periods of time

-         Standing and walking frequently to differentlocations throughout the facility

-         Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionallyand/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to moveobjects

3.    Working Conditions:

-         Wear PPE when required

-         Constant interaction with employees,supervisors, and management.
