1. học vấn : PTTH trở lên
2. Kinh nghiệm : trong ngành  nội thất ( hàng da) hoặc may ( hàng da)
- 3 năm kinh nghiệm may
- 2 năm quản lý bộ phận cắt may
4. Kiến thức về:
- Sử dụng lịch trình để đạt được mục tiêu sản xuất
- Hiểu khái niệm sọc phù hợp và phương pháp may
4. Kỹ năng và khả năng:
- Kỹ năng tổ chức xuất sắc
- Kỹ năng ra quyết định và tuân thủ tốt.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp với mọi cấp độ tổ chức
- Có kỹ năng quản lý và giải quyết xung đột
- Có kỹ năng sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên của nhiều chỉ thị khi thay đổi công việc

Mô tả công việc

Supervise employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plan and assign work,implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions.

1.      Supervision,including retention, performance review, discipline, and assisting in the hiring process

2.      Employee training and development

3.      Measure and control performance goals and standards

4.      Ability tobalance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality,productivity, cost and employee relations.

5.      Problem analysis and resolution

6.      Quality orientation and attention to detail

7.      Systems and continuous improvement orientation

8.      Inventory management.

9.      Product andprocess knowledge

Scope Of Responsibility

Direct the activities of the sewing department and fully utilize the support of alldepartments to meet company objectives.

Responsible for sewing and meeting production goals at the

quality outlined.

1.       Education

     At least a 9th grade education.

2.       Experience

-         3 years of sewing experience

-         2 years of managing a cut and sew department

3.       Knowledge of:

-         Use of schedules to meet production goals

-         Strong communication skills •

-         Understands match stripe concepts and sewingmethods

4. Skills and Abilities:

-      Excellent organizational skills

-      Excellent decision-making and follow-throughskills.

-      Ability to communicate with allorganizational levels

-      Skilled in conflict management and resolution

-      Skilled in prioritizing multiple directiveswithin changing work
