Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a highly capable management accountant to optimize our financial management policies. You will be performing financial analysis, preparing financial forecasts,and advising senior management on strategic planning.

To ensuresuccess as a management accountant, you should exhibit extensive knowledge off inancial analysis and forecasting and experience in a similar environment. An outstanding management accountant will be someone whose financial accounting and business management expertise translates into sustained business growth.

Responsibilities:

-         Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiencyof financial procedures.

-         Analyzing key financial data and advising senior management onstrategic planning.

-         Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controllingand forecasting income

-         and expenditure.

-         Protecting sensitive and confidential information.

-         Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices inmanagement  accounting.

-         Preparing ad hoc reports

Yêu cầu công việc

-     Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar(possible for a Bachelor's degree in
Chinese language complemented with a training, assumed by the Group, forVietnamese and Chinese accounting standards)

-     Excellent written, verbal communication andpresentation skills in Chinese, and Vietnamese (English is a plus)

-     Knowledge of Chinese accounting standards is a plus.

-     A minimum of one year’s experience as a managementaccountant.

-     Proficiency in business management and accountingsoftware.

-     Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.

-     Master of Microsoft Excel, Word. Knowing VBA, codingis a plus

-     Exceptional attention to detail.

-     Superb organizational and problem-solving skills.

-     Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
